日前，埃及多个政府网站遭到黑客入侵，如电力及能源网站（www.nrea.gov.eg），埃及国际合作及规划网站（www.mopic.gov.eg），总统府网站（www.isdf.gov.eg），教育部最高文化理事会（www.scp.gov.eg），埃及文化部（www.ecm.gov.eg）红海港口管理局（www.rspa.gov.eg）和国民议会网站（www.25jan.gov.eg）。 Anonymous表达了对埃及游行的不满，全文如下:Your country got into a critical situation, u said u wanted a president, and after the elections, You said Mursi is your president, and Mursi did all he could, its enough that he was an Islamic ruler, (changed the filth that was in Egypt, tourists in Sharm al Sheikh and prostitution etc, bottom line is that I hope my message got to those who don't want Mursi, cause you cant find a ruler like him in all Egypt.
