Facility Capacity Planning Automation Intern（成都）

【岗位责任】

1.Write script of the ACCP automation tool based on Intel database and given logic: Facility System Tracker a web based facility management tool for mechanical facility systems, Panel Schedule MS Excel for electrical system, facility master drawings AutoCAD and other Intel database.
2.Link each database with the given logic and develop a tool with user friendly interface-Set up the Assembly Test factory Chengdu, Malaysia, Vietnam facility capacity analysis model in the ACCP and enable automated facility capacity analysis capability for all ATM factories

【职位要求】

1.Students pursuing BS degree or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related with knowledge on programming and scripting.

2.Could site work 3 work days each week minimum and possess the following strengths: high energy, effective communicator team worker

3.Experience in at least one programming language C, Access, ASP.NET MVC, Javascript, Json

4.Experience with scripting languages Visual studio, JSL, SQL

5.Basic knowledge of the utility facility mechanical and electrical as an engineering student -Possess relevant knowledge in Microsoft Office and data analytical skills with good proficiency in both written and spoken English.

6.实习时间为：每周至少保证3-4天，能出差。

【岗位责任】

配合项目经理完成行政事业单位、企业集团或上市公司审计工作

【岗位要求】

1. To prepare report of Account Payable Auto match Error Correction;
编制应收账款自动匹配错误修正报告；
2. To prepare monthly report of entrust loan and cash poll;
编制委托贷款和现金池的月度报告；
3. To prepare revenue analysis report monthly;
编制销售收入分析月度报告；
4. To update basic data of monthly recon report;
更新月度确认报告基础数据；
5. To work under Finance Manager to facilitate communication between Joint Ventures, Business Unit/Area Business Organization;
协助财务经理促进合资公司和事业部/区域总部之间的沟通；
6. To fill all the entries of Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd.;
归档康明斯（中国）投资有限公司的财务记录；
7. To support all the tasks related General Ledger.
支持处理与财务总账相关的所有工作。
8. Other assignment as defined by the supervisor.
经理交代的其他事宜。

【职位要求】

1. Major in accounting or finance. 会计或金融专业
2. Time commitment, at least six months, 3-4 days per week. 保证最少六个月时间，每周3-4天
3. Proficient written and oral English. 英语口语流利，写作流畅
4. Good computer skills on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 熟练掌握Excel，Word，PPT技能
5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神
6. Quick learner, open minded, be proactive, confident
