Reporting to the Department Head, Strategic Planning and Management, you will assist in the analysis of current and potential business strategies. This would include providing market and financial data and analysis that will guide decisions and ensure that the business is supported by sound strategic, operational, market and financial information2. Establish customer relationship management policies, perform customer analysis and facilitate the development of Customer Management System (CRM)3. Coordinate the balanced scorecard assessment of staff in business unitsWork closely with all departments in the company to monitor and refine the sales workflow of business units4. Assess the performance of all business units (including corporate banking, private banking and treasury business) to provide guidance on future business development.1. Degree holder in Business Administration, preferably major in finance, accounting, economics or related disciplines2.
