Reporting to the Department Head, Strategic Planning and Management, you will assist in the analysis of current and potential business strategies. This would include providing market and financial data and analysis that will guide decisions and ensure that the business is supported by sound strategic, operational, market and financial information2. Establish customer relationship management policies, perform customer analysis and facilitate the development of Customer Management System (CRM)3.
