Ensuresuppliers comply with the cosmetic spec completely and accurately. Performsurvey and audit for new supplier qualification and selection. Workwith MQE team train component suppliers and CEM partner IQC team understands NVquality specifications/criteria exactly so to let all partners use samecriteria for inspection. AssistShenzhen SQE team onsite support qual build/trial run/control run whichhappened at Tianjin CEM partner assembly line. Workwith Manufacturing Quality Engineer team and expected to assist Shenzhen SQEidentify and assess quality issues which found in Tianjin CEM partnerefficiently and lead the issues be solved with accurate solutions and verifythe effectiveness of improvement in person. Chair/Joinin regular quality review meeting among MQE team, CEM partner and componentssuppliers. Assistsenior engineer record all of quality activities in NVinfo per ISO principles. MinimumRequirement: BSME(Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent with 3 years ofexperience minimum. Atleast 1 years quality management or mechanical design/engineering experience inone of these fields: smartphone, tablet, laptop or gaming console mechanicalparts. Havesome experience or knowledge in one of the processes/ fabrications and relatedtooling/mold technologies of sheet-metal stamping, plastic injection, aluminumor magnesium ally die casting, aluminum ally extrusion, as well as the relatedsu**ce finishing or cosmetic processes including to powder coating, painting,silk screen/pad printing, anodizing, etc. Befamiliar with ISO 9001 |
